For the preparation of the semi-solid products (creams, ointments, pastes and gels) we have process machines ranging from 20kg batches for pilots up to 700kg and 2000kg batches for commercial productions. Up-scaling can be done with the same technology as the type of all machines is identical. Each process machine is connected to at least one buffer tank with a similar content. Manufactured bulk can be packaged into tubes (5 g – 100 g) and jars (100 g - 1 kg), buckets (5 kg) or sachets (2g – 20g). The final packaging can be a low-cost ‘group packaging’ where, for example, 50 tubes are packaged in a sectioned box, or it can just as well be a patient’s packaging, in which each tube is packaged separately in a unit carton with leaflet, possibly containing a cannula, an applicator, a spatula, etc.
By utilizing slow speed as well as high speed filling lines, we can handle and offer competitive prices for as well small order quantities as big order quantities.
The range of these products covers analgesic, antibacterial, fungicide and fungistatic, local anaesthetic, and local protective preparations. Cosmetic preparations are also produced.
