For the production of liquid preparations, we have process machines ranging from 150L up to 1000L, 5000L and 10.000L, all equipped with cooling/heating units, weighing units and stirring units in function of the viscosity of the product. Each process tank is connected to a buffer tank of the same capacity, also fitted with stirring units.
Manufactured liquids can be poured into plastic or glass bottles (10 ml – 1000 ml), cans (1 – 25 l), and aerosols (75 – 200 ml). The final packaging can be a low-cost ‘group packaging’ (x number of labelled bottles loose in a shipping case) or a patient’s packaging where each bottle is packed in a unit carton with leaflet (and possible a measuring spoon, beaker or pipette).
By utilizing slow speed as well as high speed filling lines, we can handle and offer competitive prices for as well small order quantities as big order quantities.
Among other things the range of these products covers anti-infectious, anti-parasitic, analgesic and antipyretic, and anti-allergic preparations. Medicinal and cosmetic shampoos are also produced.
