Purna is also experienced in accommodating customer specific procedures for order processing (web integrated or even EDI with SAP), quality management, shipping,… APIs.

Using a variety of batch sizes and filling techniques, we are able to react flexible to our customers’ requirements, from the filling of small quantities through to production of large scale orders, from full turn-key service to arrangements for customers who provide some of the starting material.
We have invested to comply with global requirements for pharmaceutical serialisation and track and trace (T&T).
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING OF LIQUIDS
For the production of liquids, we offer batch sizes ranging from 150L up to 1000L, 5000L and 10.000L.
Manufactured solutions, suspensions or emulsions can be filled into plastic or glass bottles (5 ml – 1000 ml), cans (1 – 25 l), IBC’s (1000L), aerosols (75 – 200 ml) and satchets.
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING OF SEMI-SOLIDS
For the production of semi-solids (creams, ointments, pastes and gels) we offer batch sizes ranging from 20L up to 700L and 2000L. Up-scaling (from 20L to 2000L) can be done with the same technology as the type of all vessels is identical. All vessels are fully jacketed allowing temperature control between 2 °C and 95 °C and equipped with sweep, counter-sweep and homogenizers.
Our facility is also equipped with an explosion proof manufacturing suite (Atex) designed for manufacturing of low-flash point mixtures.
Manufactured bulk can be packaged into tubes (plastic, laminate, alu: 3g – 300g), jars (5g – 1 kg), buckets (5 kg) or sachets (2g – 20g).
Sterile products can be offered via sterilization by autoclave or radiation on final product.
